ORDER PROCESSING
All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. JFJ will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun.
Please expect 3-5 days for shipping within Canada, and 7-9 business days for USA and international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional duties and taxes may be applicable for international order.
JFJ is not responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes for shipments outside Canada.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
JFJ is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
